In 1993 Alan Gilman established Gilman Computer Training as a computer training company. The name was later changed to Gilman Computer Technologies in order to reflect the broad range of computer consulting services provided. Through the years the focus of work has been in the area of marketing and promotion with an emphasis on web site design. In the Fall of 2005, it was determined that this focus was better served under the banner of GCTech Promotions.
